In an effort to ensure our community remains cohesive and presents a uniform look, we have developed specific design guidelines that must be followed when altering the outside of your home and any property visible from a public or private road.

Approved Paint Colors

Discover the approved primary and trim colors to create a cohesive community.  Only colors listed on the "Color and Trim Chart" below are approved. All colors shown on the palette links may not be approved (as these are manufacturer sites). Therefore, ensure you confirm your color on the "Color and Trim Chart" before proceeding. Please remember, colors not on the "Color and Trim Chart" require DRC pre-approval.
